My experience with becoming a first time homebuyer was very fun and a learnable moment for me I can actually say I had to switch my realtor, which discourage mean a little bit to stop looking but a good friend persuade me not to give up & referred me to do a good realtor she knew…My realtor Sabine was all I can ask for in a realtor with me being a first time homebuyer and not knowing anything about buying a house.. the connection was there from the start honestly & she walked me though every step of the process. She also recommend me to a good lender thru Citibank which got me a great deal with a program called Homerun..I also was bless to get my mortgage to where I wanted to be with a great interest rate..The whole process I went thru was all in 1month I don’t think no one closed on a house in my life that fast 🤗All the information got from my online homebuyers course & with all the knowledge got from my realtor I’m definitely will be ready to buy another property in the future… Thanks to my Team
