Susanna showed us quite a few places over the last 18 months. She knows the Chicago market well and was always patient, showing us only places that fit our particular requirements. We always looked forward to seeing Susanna. We found a place and Susanna was made an offer on a Sunday night. She set us up with a great attorney and pointed us in the right direction for funding. We had a relatively quick close, so Susanna was instrumental in accessing important HOA documents. Between her and our attorney, we were advised on what was most important. Susanna then spoke on our behalf for consideration on some fixes within the unit. Susanna was always available and kept us inform through the whole process. Closing went very smoothly. Highly recommend!
