As a first-generation homebuyer, I was apprehensive to even start a conversation about homeownership. Nick Libert quickly disarmed me with his qualifications and friendly demeanor- I was in good hands. While Nick is astute, professional, and dependable, it’s his patience I want to celebrate above all else. Nick treated me like an equal throughout the six months of my hunting- never making me feel stupid for what I didn’t know or bothersome for last-minute showings. He invested in me as a buyer so when the time came to make an offer, I felt empowered. Even since my purchase, Nick checks on me. His clients Are his family and I feel privileged to be in that family.
