I trusted her help and feedback and valued her ability to explain the entire process step by step, in a comfortable, supportive, easy-to-understand way. I am paperwork phobic, and Monica held my hand through the process. We accomplished what I thought was impossible: I closed on my absolute DREAM home within 45 days of first talking to Monica.
