I was searching a local real estate site and received an email from Diala inquiring if I needed any assistance in my search. I initially ignored the emails because I had been let down by previous agents who claimed they would help me find my home but they eventually stopped communicating after seeing the amount of my preapproval. I was ready to buy a home but could not find anyone that truly wanted to help me in my search. I was hesitant but knew I needed an agent. So, I responded to Diala’s email . I was immediately impressed because she asked to meet me in person to discuss my wants, answer any questions I may have, and to see if I felt comfortable with her as my agent. From that day Diala began sending me listings and always asked for my feedback. She was always available when I had questions. She also would ask my daughter for her feedback, making her feel included in this process(my daughter absolutely loved that ❤️). We eventually made an offer on a condo but about two weeks before the closing the deal fell through. I was devastated and was not sure I wanted to continue searching. But Diala stayed in contact with me and encouraged me to continue, saying that she was going to help me and my daughter find our home. In the end, we did find a home that we not only love but a home that I wanted but didn’t think I would get as a first time home buyer. Diala even negotiated a home warranty. I could go on and on about my journey with Diala. It was a long, wild ride. But I do not regret contacting her and I don’t think you will either. She’s so supportive, encouraging, and thoughtful. She truly has your best interest at heart.
