Our agent, Effy, was friendly and very enthusiastic. However, we did encounter some issues with our zoning during the selling process that caused delays and frustration. We did eventually sell our house for a fair price, albeit not as quickly as we had hoped. The Effy did work very hard with me to navigate through the challenges and ensure that everything was eventually sorted out. In conclusion, our experience was excellent. While we encountered some bumps along the road, we appreciate their efforts in seeing the sale through to completion."
