The techniques he had prepared for selling the house came in very handy during COVID (he had a walkthrough video done, a drone video, and pictures even before we knew about COVID). He was able to negotiate the sale of the house with very difficult buyers. He was always aware of what was going on and he did everything he could to move the sale forward.

I bought my home with Joe about a year ago and was beyond impressed. After working with almost a dozen agents with no luck, I walked into his office on complete accident. I found a home I knew would not be on the market long and while I was across the street from his office. A couple hours later I was walking through the home and about an hour after that sending in an offer.
