His team brings a tremendous amount of area and market knowledge. He not only brings new buyers, but also has a pool of people that are always looking for an investment to buy. Loren was terrific! I called him about a condo listing one saturday morning and he offered to show my the condo whenever was convenient, so I said how about now? So he met me there an hour later and a week later the seller accepted my offer on the most beautiful lakefront condo I never dreamed I could afford.
