In addition, he took the time necessary to help my parents (in their 80's) feel comfortable selling the house they had lived in for 50+ years. He provided extra services by recommendating painters, housecleaners, etc. After 2 weeks on the market, we had received 3 offers and the house closed 6 weeks after. Highly recommend.
