I've just bought an apartment with Allana and really can’t say enough good things about her. She is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with her time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends over the course of several months). She answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. But on top of all professional skills, Allana has just the most adorable personality. For the time working with her I felt that she treats me not like just a client, but as a friend! Buying a home in this market is challenging, but working with Allana made it as painless and straightforward as possible. I highly recommend her.

Two Words. Amazing Experience. Being remote and already moved out of Illinois I thought it would be a challenge and I would have to make several trip. But I never had to go. Dave handled everything. He is a friend when needed,a mentor when needed and guide when needed. Very knowledgeable about the neighborhood and in tuned with reality,very straightforward (it is always a yes/no there is never a maybe) and understands the needs and exceeds expectations.
