We had the pleasure of working with Jason for both selling our condo and completing a 1031 exchange to purchase a larger property, and I honestly couldn’t have done this without him. Jason truly cares about his clients and goes above and beyond to make sure your family gets the best outcome. With Jason and his team, the entire process was smooth, easy, and incredibly fast- everything wrapped up in just about 3 weeks! Jason is proactive, efficient, and gets the job done. I can’t recommend him enough- he’s absolutely the person you want to call for any real estate needs.

We found Cherie’s team online while looking for an agent. I went through the reviews and I’m so glad we decided to meet with them. Cherie was unavailable at the time and she connected us with her partner Jason Bauer. I have no words to express our gratitude for this man. Jason was so kind and friendly since day one. We explained to him that we are not only looking for a house but also selling our condo. His knowledge and professionalism was amazing. We were very specific as to what we were looking for and he never pushed us or rushed us on a wrong purchase. We finally found the perfect house for our family and he got us under contract almost right away. We were beyond excited and thankful we chose the right agent! On the selling part, he went above and beyond to attract people so we could sell the condo fast and there was no doubt the he would deliver! If you need an amazing team, Cherie’s team is the dream team!! Highly recommend them and of course we will choose them again and again! Jason, thank you for everything!
