In 2022, the process of buying a house can be maddening and overwhelming (to say the least). My husband and I had been searching high and low for a home. I had gotten to the point of dreading reaching out to agents about a house. A lot of them seemed to not listen to what we were looking for and constantly wanted to show us homes out of our price range. So, when I called about a house that had just posted I was expecting that. Boy was I wrong. Monica quickly got back to me and instantly I knew something was different about her. She went over the home in great detail. She didn't just read me back the listing, she gave me the story of the home. We already loved it but she made us fall even more in love. She was representing the seller but took us on as the buyer. She made the whole thing feel easy. She got our offer in quickly and helped secure our dream home. Bless her for always being there too. Answering all my panicked texts, giving us the best recommendations for inspectors/plumbers/electricians, and really giving us a sense of the neighborhood we were moving to. It didn't feel like working with other agents. It felt like an old friend was helping us buy a home. In this crazy market, this is the lady to help you find your next home. She is the gold standard. My family can not thank her enough for everything she has done and everything she is still doing!!

We downsized from a home we had been in for many years. Sam guided us through the process from getting the house ready to closing seamlessly I highly recommend him and we will use him again.
