Sarah Speakes provided absolutely outstanding service as our Realtor for purchasing a home in Shiloh, IL in late 2024/early 2025. From our first conversation on, she prioritized timely and relevant communication to help us understand the market and find homes that fit our parameters. She offered a video walk-through of a home which was extremely well done and completely exceeded our expectations in acquainting us with the property. This helped us prioritize a quick trip to the area to see the home in person before making an offer. We ultimately purchased the home that she showed us on video and are very satisfied. Her communication was outstanding throughout the process—she kept us on track with required deadlines and simple reminders (such as setting up utilities). All electronic communication (including document signing to make an offer) was very smooth. Moreover, her professionalism was first-rate. Josh knew Renee but I met her through this experience. She was knowledgeable, friendly and didn’t get frustrated with our millions of questions. As this was a new experience for my partner and I we did ask a lot! Renee was amazing to work with. We only looked at 2 houses and loved the both but she helped us figure out what would work for us and made it happen.
