My experience was not what I expected it would be. I felt that the negotiations were not made well to benefit me as the seller of the property. I was disappointed in the commission I paid in correlation to the service I received. Felt I was advised to concede to everything the buyer wanted and spent more money out of pocket in the process. The buyer walked away with the better deal. As a first time seller in a seller’s market I expected to be happier about the final transaction than I am. I wish I would have advocated for myself more throughout this process.

From the beginning to the closing Kim went above and beyond. She was always approachable, an expert of the area, expert negotiator, made sure I understood everything. Every box is checked.

Lisa was amazing though the whole process; finding a new house helping us connected to financial people to helping us sell the old house. It was long and stressful and she was very supportive and understanding. 5 out of 5 stars would recommend.
