Keri has been managing a property I have out of state for a couple years now. I feel at ease knowing everything is taken care for and rent is collected on time. If any thing comes up that needs to be addressed, I know she is working diligently to get it fixed. She stays in contact with me to let me know how things are going.

I have never seen anyone work harder for my happiness. She was there every day for me. Worked on every aspect to make a painful and drawn out experience seem fun and fulfilling. I am full of joy with my new home. Letty even showed up at the closing to make sure it went smoothly. If I sell I will call her again. A buying or selling transaction can be very trying. She made it fun. I couldn’t be happier. A gigantic thank you Letty.

I loved working with Maurice! Buying a house can be stressful and he helped out a lot with keeping it as least stressful as possible. He did a great job communicating with me on my wants and needs and was honest with me about the housing market and steps to take toward a house. Always made sure that I was happy with where things were headed with the house I bought. I would recommend him to anybody! All around great person and worker!
