Jane was very helpful. She gave good advice on everything from listing price to negotiations with the buyer/buyer’s realtor, lawyers, and went out of her way to help when we were out of town.

I have worked with PJ and Genia selling multiple homes over the past couple years. I can always count on honesty, integrity, and open communication. As a business owner these are top priorities for me. PJ and Genia nailed it!

We chose Cindy as our realtor after receiving a very good recommendation From a friend. She arranged to show us several homes based on what we were looking for. It was a big decision for us, but Cindy walked us through the pros and cons of each of our final choices. We are very pleased with the home, the service and the negotiations. All in all, a very smooth transaction. We would certainly use Cindy again if we have real estate needs in the future.

Creg and his team were exceptional with our real estate transactions. We bought and sold through them and couldn’t have been more pleased. Jeff (and Creg) guided us through the process smoothly and I appreciated their professionalism.
