Max has Benin the business for a very long time and it showed in terms of his *calm* professionalism (the closing process was a nightmare for reasons I won't go into but I deliberately did not attend the closing in case I did something rash). He was a low key communicator who always guided me courteously to the correct decision, particularly at the beginning of the selling process, when I was not getting any visits to the website, much less any showings. And I really appreciated that, because not only did he have to negociate with other realtors and their clients, but he also had to negóciate with me as well.

I've purchased a number of homes over the years and I give her my absolute highest recommendation. I would eagerly work with her again. Now, for the details: We started our home search while still living in another state. After we contacted Dionne she immediately set about researching homes and sending us any that fit our criteria. She also eagerly went and did video walkthroughs for some of the homes that interested us. So, from day one, she established a pattern of communication and responsiveness that she maintained throughout the transaction. Later, as our home search began in earnest, Dionne was proactive in finding and researching homes for us. She was also forthright in telling us when a home was a good value and when a home was overpriced. Sometimes real estate agents cater to what they believe are the whims of their client. In other words, if a client clearly likes a home, the agent will hold back on their criticisms of it or of its price. Dionne never did that. I always had confidence that she was giving us her genuine opinion and evaluation of the property both as a potential home and as an investment. Once we'd actually put in an offer on a home, Dionne really shined. She negotiated an excellent deal for us and guided us through some of the hiccups that occurred during the inspection period. Importantly she remained patient and proactive throughout the transaction. There were some matters within the home that we may have missed, but Dionne saw them and addressed them without hesitation. As a result we wound up with a fantastic home and are highly satisfied customers. So, I highly recommend that you work with Dionne, she's a fantastic agent and will not just meet, but will exceed your expectations for expertise, patience, insight, and communication.
