As a first time home buyer Christina hand walked me through the entire process. She was always very very quick to return my many many (many) text messages and emails. Before I was even ready to buy she stayed in touch and answered questions and was there for me. When I was read she always made sure I had all the information I needed and show true professionalism and knowledge. I would highly recommend her to friends, family and anyone who wants to make sure they have a realtor who genuinely cares.

Susan has always gone above and beyond to try to make my transaction of selling my farm easy, painless and efficient. She is very knowledgeable and professional in all aspects of real estate transactions. Her help with understanding the process has a way of easing the stress of selling a farm like ours from start to close. Her work ethic is amazing and loyalty to her clients is first class. Her sterling character, moral ethics and honesty is above all her best quality!

Keri has been managing a property I have out of state for a couple years now. I feel at ease knowing everything is taken care for and rent is collected on time. If any thing comes up that needs to be addressed, I know she is working diligently to get it fixed. She stays in contact with me to let me know how things are going.

Judy Somers with Palen Realty has been absolutely amazing to work with, both as a buyer and as a seller! After purchasing my home with Judy’s help, I never expected that work and family circumstances would require me to move just two years later. Judy was there every step of the way and worked with me to get everything organized and make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. She went above and beyond to help secure buyers for my home in a very short amount of time. Thanks to her hard work and expertise, I was able to pay off my home and even make a small profit despite only owning it for two years. Judy is knowledgeable, responsive, hardworking, and genuinely cares about her clients. I’m incredibly grateful for everything she did for me and would absolutely use her again for any future real estate needs. I highly recommend Judy Somers to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!
