We recently worked with Lindsey Kerley to sell a home in Dixon that we had inherited. Although we no longer live in Dixon, it’s where we’re originally from and we still have family in the area. Selling a property from out of town can be a challenge, but Lindsey made the entire process incredibly smooth and stress-free. From the beginning, Lindsey was professional, well-organized, and very knowledgeable about the Dixon market. She kept us informed throughout the process, was always responsive to our questions, and handled all the details with care and efficiency — which was especially helpful since we were managing everything remotely. The home was listed and sold in a timely manner, and Lindsey took care of everything from pricing and marketing to closing with great attention to detail. Her honest advice and clear communication made a world of difference to us. We’re in our 70s and have had experience with real estate over the years, and we can truly say this was one of the most seamless and professional experiences we've had. We highly recommend Lindsey Kerley to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Dixon area. With appreciation,
