Nick made our dreams come true! We sold our old home for more than asking and purchased our dream home for less than asking. In this market, that's a miracle! A buy/sell can be a pretty stressful experience and Nick kept me calm along the way and made us feel safe and secure about each and every step along this process. His knowledge, professional manner, flexible availability, and kindness shone through each and every day and we couldn't be more grateful to have him as our realtor. Paul is a great realtor. I've had realtors who have been asleep at the wheel, so Paul was such a breath of fresh air. He understands the Chicagoland market, and used that knowledge to guide us through the process. He worked with great partners and was able to get us an inspector who had the same work ethic. He was very patient with us and, most importantly, a tough advocate for us during this process. I always felt like he had our back when he sold our place and when he helped us find a new one. Couldn't have been happier. We had a fairly difficult sell due to the fact that we were selling a house that was a part of my dads estate and going through probate at the same time. Then buying a house that was just a normal sale in a specific area which would've drove any realtor crazy. She helped us 100% of the time and in my opinion did an awesome job. Even though we won't be selling for a few decades I plan to use her again in the future.
