He knew the market, so he helped me submit an offer that was accepted right away. From then until closing --and after--everything went very smoothly. He didn't shy away from making sure I did my part on time. He has good connections. For example, he chose an excellent real estate attorney, inspection firm, etc. The closing went very smoothly because Luis anticipated every possible problem and made sure I was prepared. If I need to move again, I will definitely choose Luis.
