Keri has been managing a property I have out of state for a couple years now. I feel at ease knowing everything is taken care for and rent is collected on time. If any thing comes up that needs to be addressed, I know she is working diligently to get it fixed. She stays in contact with me to let me know how things are going.

Martha helped me with my condo purchase and the sale of my home. She was great to work with explaining everything along the way. The condo purchase went very quickly. The house sale took longer but Martha kept me informed during the whole time. I would highly recommend Martha.
