I cannot recommend Shane Plummer enough for your real estate needs. He is hands down the best in the Chicagoland area and is a wonderful person to work this. This is our second time using Shane in which he both sold our home (the same home he helped us with 6 years prior!) and buy a new house at the same time. That experience of buying/selling simultaneously has a propensity to be extremely stressful, but Shane helped us navigate that with ease. On the selling side, we leaned heavily on Shane's experience and recommendations and made a great profit with his hard work. We had our open house during a torrential downpour and tornado-laden weekend, and Shane was still able to provide us with the utmost service and quickly shift focus to ensure we had a great amount of foot traffic during what would otherwise probably be a disaster of an open house weekend. On the buying side, Shane worked tirelessly with the Seller's real estate agent to close the deal. As always with Shane, everything went exactly how he said it, and provided great insight to the process the whole time. Shane was also very attentive to our needs and opinions and it really felt like he worked WITH us, not just for us. As a final aside, Shane also comes with a great network of team players. If you're just starting out and gathering information, and Shane recommends you Josh Kahn as a broker, you need to do it without question. His team is just as good as he is and they work wonderful together.

Linda is an outstanding realtor who cares for and advises clients to make the right choices. I would highly recommend her to anyone interested to buy a townhouse, an apartment, or a condominium.

Roger was super helpful throughout every step of the home buying process. My husband and I were first time homebuyers and we knew hardly anything about what was involved in buying a home. Roger was very helpful with clarifying the process for us, and didn't mind when we asked him to repeat some parts of it for us. Roger was also very skilled at taking our budget and housing needs in mind when choosing listings for us to see. He helped us with knowing which questions to ask and what details to look for. Overall, we had a great experience and would not have been able to do it successfully without Roger's help!

Loren was terrific! I called him about a condo listing one saturday morning and he offered to show my the condo whenever was convenient, so I said how about now? So he met me there an hour later and a week later the seller accepted my offer on the most beautiful lakefront condo I never dreamed I could afford. He and his partner at Baird & Warner; Pamela Ball, did a great job. I am very happy. : )
