Deanna was essential to the success of the sale of our home and purchase of a new home. We have not bought or sold in 22 years, and Deanna answered all our questions and put our minds at ease with each step in the process. Deanna was always available and quick to respond to the biggest and smallest questions. She is the epitome of full-service! There was no detail she missed or let us miss. We cannot recommend her. She is attentive, kind, knowledgeable and skilled.

Joshua was fantastic and helped us throughout our whole home buying process. As first time home buyers we had a lot of questions and he was always available to provide answers and give us contact information for services and professionals we needed to work with. While professional and knowledgeable, Joshua was also very nice and funny which made him great to work with. He was always very responsive to texts or calls and was there for us whenever we needed him. At times this process felt confusing or overwhelming, but it was nice to work with someone who was invested in our home buying journey.

Marsha goes above and beyond in whatever she is doing. A pleasure to work with, nothing too much for her and consistently available. While completely professional she made our experience with her a personal, pleasurable one. Always on point with what was needed in an extremely timely manner. Marsha continually went above and beyond her duties as our realtor to meet our needs.

Honest, polite, highly experienced and very professional in every sense, hard working, caring to my needs with optimism. Even though the odds were against me she handled everything calmly and professionally. It was a pleasure to have had her as my agent.

I recently worked closely with Cathy Bier during the sale of my parents' home in Burr Ridge. Cathy was amazing from the beginning all the way past closing. She and her team helped us out so much with getting the house ready, reassuring my older parents at every step. She held open houses and had the house under contract after one weekend. Once it was under contract, she helped with ensuring that everything that we needed to do was conveyed to us or copied us on things the lawyer or her team was taking care of for us. Throughout the process and afterward, we all felt as if Cathy was part of our family, and she genuinely cared for my parents and me as we navigated the sale of the house and their move into a senior retirement community. I could not recommend her highly enough.
