Mike Kelly recently sold our condo in Chicago and he and his team were wonderful to work with. In an unpredictable condo market during pandemic conditions, he maintained an approach that was focused and thoughtful. He is a great listener that bases strategy on practical market insight, kindness, experience and patience. He gave us his undivided attention, and we felt that he considered our needs when we navigated through the selling process. He delivered a best case scenario for our condo selling and we could not be more happy with the results. Without hesitation we will use Mike for any future needs we have with buying or selling and will recommend his services to anyone who wants an experienced, dynamic real estate agent who will work hard for your best interest!

I worked directly with Eabad Haque who was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and friendly. I started my search a bit late so I had low expectations, had a specific neighborhood I wanted to be in with certain requirements in mind. He was patient and explained every step of the process, answered all my questions, and I never felt pressured during the buying process. Eabad was honest about pricing expectations, and did an excellent job of negotiating. Even after closing, Eabad helped with setting up contractors I needed and continued to give me honest advice. I would easily recommend the Haque team to anyone looking to purchase a home!

The owner asked $380K for the house that we wanted to buy and din't want to bargain down the price. Albina did us a great favor (given that she was not getting anything in the case we buy that house) - she had done a market estimate for the house that turned out to be $351K. Although no appraisal was done at the time, the owner agreed to drop the price to $350K based on the assessment of the market made by Albina.
