I had to move my old uncle into assisted living, and deal with the sale of his condo. He was a "hoarder" so it was quite a task to clear out the property. Once we sifted through the important things, I was pressed for time, so I hired Sue to "flip" the condo in "AS-IS" condition, and make a quick sale. She came through with flying colors! The condo was sold almost immediately and the process was effortless. Sue was on top of everything!
