Edgar is a great realtor who was very dedicated and determined to helping my roomates and I find the perfect apartment that we would all love and agree on. He was great at responding and communicating with us during our apartment hunt process and he even made it his business to follow-up after viewings of different properties to see which properties were a fit and which weren't so that he could help find us something that had everything that we were looking for. Edgar was always very honest and real with us and I really appreciated that about him. He went all around town showing us multiple properties in a day that we requested to view as well as other properties that he would suggest for us to take a look at. We ended up going with a property that he suggested to us and was a perfect fit for my roomates and I. Overall, Edgar was a great, friendly, knowledgeable, and dedicated realtor who I would strongly recommend to others who are looking to rent or buy nice homes in the Bronzeville and nearby neighborhoods.

Carolyn was referred to me by an acquaintance in Chicago. She is pleasant, knowledgeable, and sharp. She knows her stuff.
