We worked with Eli to purchase our first home—I can’t recommend her enough! From the beginning, she helped us prepare for such a fast-moving market. She recommended a couple of mortgage lenders to help us get pre-approved (necessary first step in this market!)—the one we moved forward with was a great fit! She was thorough in explaining the home-buying process and really worked to understand our preferences. She was quick and organized with setting up showings, always accommodating our schedules. Eli knew we wanted to put a bit of work into a house, and her extensive experience with doing renovations was so incredibly helpful. She helped us size the amount of work and cost to do certain projects and seemed to always have a referral that she trusted to do great work. We love our home and don’t plan to move any time soon, but we’ll definitely work with Eli again when we do!

I have been buying and selling real estate for most of my life. There are those that you hire that just do their job and those that go above and beyond. Carolyn is one of those people. Carolyn was referred to me by an acquaintance in Chicago. She is pleasant, knowledgeable, and sharp. She knows her stuff. I sold a four flat with her in Humboldt Park with Carolyn as the listing agent. She assessed the building and ask me to wait a couple months so that I could demonstrate higher rents. She told me that my units were underpriced by a couple hundred dollars and she was right. When lease renewal came we realized over $1100 more in revenue for the building and sold a hair under asking. Carolyn also coordinated painters, concrete vendors and cleaning people. Because I spend a good deal of time of town she let workers in to the property and made sure that things were done in the right way. This was priceless. Carolyn offered to do all of this for me. I have left deals and thought that agent was over-paid. Carolyn is worth every penny! Will only use her from now on.
