Catherine Devlin was our realtor for the sale of our home in Barrington IL. The sale was part of a relatively complicated corporate move, which required more paperwork and stages than typical sales. We also moved out of the home before having a final contract. Catherine took the lead in taking care of our home and securing the sale in our absence. She worked hard to quickly find a second buyer and negotiate a beneficial new contract shortly after the original deal fell through. She also spent many hours arranging for and overseeing repairs required from the home inspection, including septic repairs and attic asbestos removal. She was always very prompt, thorough and courteous during the entire process. My family feels very fortunate that we selected Catherine as our realtor.
