I recently worked closely with Cathy Bier during the sale of my parents' home in Burr Ridge. Cathy was amazing from the beginning all the way past closing. She and her team helped us out so much with getting the house ready, reassuring my older parents at every step. She held open houses and had the house under contract after one weekend.
