Scott and his team were wonderful throughout our journey purchasing our first condo in 2020. We just recently bought a house using Jennifer's help. She went above and beyond for us and without her we never would have closed on our dream house. We had some curve balls thrown at us during the closing process and Jennifer handled it like a pro. Her expertise and hard work took the pressure off of us. She was always there to answer any questions we had and was always available for last minute scheduling. We hadn't met Jennifer before this but she treated us like family. I recently worked closely with Cathy Bier during the sale of my parents' home in Burr Ridge. Cathy was amazing from the beginning all the way past closing. She and her team helped us out so much with getting the house ready, reassuring my older parents at every step. She held open houses and had the house under contract after one weekend. Once it was under contract, she helped with ensuring that everything that we needed to do was conveyed to us or copied us on things the lawyer or her team was taking care of for us. Throughout the process and afterward, we all felt as if Cathy was part of our family, and she genuinely cared for my parents and me as we navigated the sale of the house and their move into a senior retirement community. I could not recommend her highly enough.

Denis is incredible and a huge help in every step of the purchasing process. We were moving from North Carolina to Illinois, and Denis and his team were incredibly patient, thorough, and listened to our "wants" in a house. His ability to understand what we were looking for helped us feel comfortable making offers without seeing anything in person. His honesty and sense of humor made the move across the country easier. He was prompt in responding to texts, calls, and emails, and always made my many questions feel important.

I have never seen anyone work harder for my happiness. She was there every day for me. Worked on every aspect to make a painful and drawn out experience seem fun and fulfilling. I am full of joy with my new home. Letty even showed up at the closing to make sure it went smoothly. If I sell I will call her again. A buying or selling transaction can be very trying. She made it fun. I couldn’t be happier. A gigantic thank you Letty.

I cannot recommend Shane Plummer enough for your real estate needs. He is hands down the best in the Chicagoland area and is a wonderful person to work this. This is our second time using Shane in which he both sold our home (the same home he helped us with 6 years prior!) and buy a new house at the same time. That experience of buying/selling simultaneously has a propensity to be extremely stressful, but Shane helped us navigate that with ease. On the selling side, we leaned heavily on Shane's experience and recommendations and made a great profit with his hard work. We had our open house during a torrential downpour and tornado-laden weekend, and Shane was still able to provide us with the utmost service and quickly shift focus to ensure we had a great amount of foot traffic during what would otherwise probably be a disaster of an open house weekend. On the buying side, Shane worked tirelessly with the Seller's real estate agent to close the deal. As always with Shane, everything went exactly how he said it, and provided great insight to the process the whole time. Shane was also very attentive to our needs and opinions and it really felt like he worked WITH us, not just for us. As a final aside, Shane also comes with a great network of team players. If you're just starting out and gathering information, and Shane recommends you Josh Kahn as a broker, you need to do it without question. His team is just as good as he is and they work wonderful together.
