Michael was kind, professional, and extremely patient. I did not feel rushed and we worked together for about six months. He reiterated how important it was to choose what I wanted and not settle. His communication, negotiating skills, and expertise is top notch.

We were originally For-sale-by-owner because we thought that we could not afford a realtor with the sale of our VA loan. We were also skeptical of realtors because of a previous bad experience with the buying of our home. However, Ruta and Mary came in extremely professional and super knowledgeable about VA loans, that within 5 minutes of sitting down to talk, we knew that they were right for us. You could not ask for a more considerate, patient, and efficient realtor than Ruta. She kept us updated with every single part of the home sale journey and made sure we understood the process. They sold our home in 3 days and above asking price! We would definitely recommend Ruta and Mary. Thank you!
