The one thing I can say is everything went smoothly. We put our house up for sale at the end of September and closed first week in December. Could not have been more pleased with everything. That Geri held an open house and was on hand for any questions or concerns that we had regarding the sale of the house. Geri's ability to negotiate our contract with our best interest in mind, we were very pleased with the sale of our property.
