Audrey is the best of the best on the North Shore! Audrey has helped us sell 2 homes and purchase one. We had contracts on both our homes in less than 2 weeks with offers at or above our ideal price. And she helped us find a new home and negotiate a great purchase price during a very tight market period. When selling she really helps present your home in the best possible light. She is extremely "hands on" and works hard to make the process quick and easy. She will "stage" your home, using a combo of your current furnishings and her own accent pieces to make it look like you spent tens of thousands on an interior designer. Then she will have your home photographed so nicely it looks like it belongs in your favorite shelter magazine - even printing up soft cover booklets to distribute at open houses. If any major touch ups or repairs are needed, she has a stable of trusted contractors who will respond and complete projects quickly. We were out of town for much of this process for our second home, and she was physically at the property coordinating all these various things herself. The one thing I can say is everything went smoothly. We put our house up for sale at the end of September and closed first week in December. Could not have been more pleased with everything. That Geri held an open house and was on hand for any questions or concerns that we had regarding the sale of the house.
