Paul is a great realtor. I've had realtors who have been asleep at the wheel, so Paul was such a breath of fresh air. He understands the Chicagoland market, and used that knowledge to guide us through the process. He worked with great partners and was able to get us an inspector who had the same work ethic. He was very patient with us and, most importantly, a tough advocate for us during this process. I always felt like he had our back when he sold our place and when he helped us find a new one. Loren was terrific! I called him about a condo listing one saturday morning and he offered to show my the condo whenever was convenient, so I said how about now? So he met me there an hour later and a week later the seller accepted my offer on the most beautiful lakefront condo I never dreamed I could afford.
