Matt knows real estate. The review can start and end there, there is nothing more you need to consider. If you're still reading, and wondering if you should engage Matt, the answer is yes. We first met Matt when we were looking for a rental a few years ago and not only was Matt incredibly responsive and diligent in helping us with our search, he treated us as renters better than most agents, especially of his caliber, would. When it was time to buy our first home, we never considered going to anyone but Matt. He was patient and worked within our timeline, even advising us when to wait. When we found the place we were interested in, Matt was incredible in explaining every detail of the complicated buying process. Matt was able to blend the lines between honesty, transparency, and friendliness. He knows how to negotiate, what the market dictates and does his work with a great deal of integrity. His recommendations for everything associated with closing a deal were spot on. I would not hesitate to recommend Matt to anyone.

I was fortunate to have been referred to Eve Heffer when the time came to sell my aunt’s apartment. Although living out of state could have caused a lot of anxiety, Eve made the process easy and smooth every step of the way. She had excellent recommendations on what to do to get the apartment clean and ready for sale. Eve is hard-working, professional, organized, knowledgable, and honest. I could go on and on. She watched out for our best interests and was always available to answer our questions. I was out of state for the entire time that the apartment was on the market. Eve took care of everything and made sure I knew what to expect at all times. The apartment sold much faster than I ever expected, and I have Eve to thank. We had a great experience!
