Cyrus has a deep knowledge of both the owner-occupied and investment property markets and offered helpful guidance from start to finish. He guided us through our home purchase a few years ago, helping us land a dream home in our target Chicago neighborhood and then he helped us sell a rental property that was proving to be a poor investment (purchased through a different agent in the past).
