She will "stage" your home, using a combo of your current furnishings and her own accent pieces to make it look like you spent tens of thousands on an interior designer. Then she will have your home photographed so nicely it looks like it belongs in your favorite shelter magazine - even printing up soft cover booklets to distribute at open houses. If any major touch ups or repairs are needed, she has a stable of trusted contractors who will respond and complete projects quickly. We were out of town for much of this process for our second home, and she was physically at the property coordinating all these various things herself. The one thing I can say is everything went smoothly. We put our house up for sale at the end of September and closed first week in December. Could not have been more pleased with everything. I was impressed with the flyers that were made showing the property. That Geri took the time to walk the neighborhood to hand out the flyers advertising the sale of the house.
