Jeff and Sara made the bittersweet experience of selling our home a little bit sweeter. They were so helpful with developing a pricing strategy in an extraordinary market environment that would have been overwhelming otherwise. They were incredibly open with communication: from educating us on the process to answering our myriad of real estate questions along the way -- even facilitating communication with other partners! Their knowledge of the area and coordination with all parties involved in the process were invaluable to us. Jeff and Sara helped me feel like I was still at home, even as I was deep cleaning and staging the house for showings, and even accommodated a whirlwind weekend of showings so that I only had to keep my house "showing-ready" for a few days -- a feat in itself with 3 small children running around! When it came time to review offers, Jeff's advice and patience made it possible for us to both secure a great offer on our home and know that we were leaving the house in wonderful hands. From Day One through Closing and beyond, working with Jeff and Sara was a fine treat that made selling our beautiful home easy and seamless.

He listened to all my needs and got me the best offer. Very good with communication and getting things done. Would recommend him to anyone.
