This was my first time buying a home and she was so easy to work with. She answered all of my questions and when she didn't have the answer she would make sure to get it to me as soon as possible. She was available for anything I needed and helped me through the whole process from the first meeting to the closing.

Just 5 stars cannot describe the way that I feel about Joan Caton!!! First a little history; I met Joan through a referral back in 2012. Right from our very first conversation I knew that "she was the one" She treated me like a member of her own family. Back then the market was just making its recovery... and I was on the hunt!!! We looked at soooo many houses, and unfortunately we were ALWAYS out-bidded, but Joan stayed positive and super encouraging. Unfortunately, due to some unforeseen circumstances I had to put my house hunting on hold for about 4 years. However, Joan and I always kept in touch, exchanging Happy Holidays, Happy Birthdays and all that jazz. Then, just earlier this year I began searching again, so it only seemed right to call Joan, she was so helpful and available at all times. She never pushed me off on anyone else or never took forever to get back to me, I repeat she was always available!!!! That is so important to me! I would recommend Joan Caton to anyone looking for a home. She's patient, diligent and very personable. She is definitely one of a kind for this industry. Sorry, I digressed....So earlier this year Joan and I started working together again. On a cold Saturday morning in late January we had our list of 7 houses to look at, but half way through our search I totally found what I was looking for and to make a longer story short--- The rest is history; And I can happily and proudly say that as of April 2017 I am a first time home owner, in a great neighborhood, with great schools and I could NOT have done it without the great person that helped me....JOAN CATON!!! I can go on and on about her, but I have to get back to work to pay for that great house that I mentioned above :)

Pattie was extremely helpful in guiding me through the process of finding and purchasing my first home. She is a fountain of knowledge and resources and had assisted with recommendations and advice even after my closing. Pattie was always available by phone, text or email and would have an answer or find out very quickly if she didn’t. I couldn’t have picked a more caring, genuine person to guide me through the sometimes overwhelming process of buying a home. I’m comforted by knowing I can reach out to her even post sale, and would definitely use her again for any other real estate needs.

Lynn is a true professional. Our sale was a very emotional one and she handled it with the greatest of care. Lynn knew the exact price point for the neighborhood and negotiated our sale very quickly. We went from offer to closing in 31 days!

Sebastian did a great job. He responded to all questions within a timely manner and was very knowledgeable. I would definitely utilize him for future purchases.

Marie helped my husband and I purchase our first home. She was beyond patient when we had many questions and made sure we were fully equipped with all the knowledge we needed to make a great purchase. She was always flexible with our needs and was amazing to work with. We would recommend her to anybody!
