When something didn’t go as planned she had a ‘someone’ in her contacts who could get it done quickly. She went above and beyond in helping us through this time, even bringing us boxes to help us pack! She was also a straight shooter and didn’t sugarcoat bad news or feedback and helped us wherever possible to turn it around. I don’t know how I’d have survived this without Naomi’s wit and wisdom.
