I recently worked closely with Cathy Bier during the sale of my parents' home in Burr Ridge. Cathy was amazing from the beginning all the way past closing. She and her team helped us out so much with getting the house ready, reassuring my older parents at every step. She held open houses and had the house under contract after one weekend. Once it was under contract, she helped with ensuring that everything that we needed to do was conveyed to us or copied us on things the lawyer or her team was taking care of for us. Throughout the process and afterward, we all felt as if Cathy was part of our family, and she genuinely cared for my parents and me as we navigated the sale of the house and their move into a senior retirement community. I could not recommend her highly enough.

I have been buying and selling real estate for most of my life. There are those that you hire that just do their job and those that go above and beyond. Carolyn is one of those people. Carolyn was referred to me by an acquaintance in Chicago. She is pleasant, knowledgeable, and sharp. She knows her stuff. I sold a four flat with her in Humboldt Park with Carolyn as the listing agent. She assessed the building and ask me to wait a couple months so that I could demonstrate higher rents. She told me that my units were underpriced by a couple hundred dollars and she was right. When lease renewal came we realized over $1100 more in revenue for the building and sold a hair under asking. Carolyn also coordinated painters, concrete vendors and cleaning people. Because I spend a good deal of time of town she let workers in to the property and made sure that things were done in the right way. This was priceless. Carolyn offered to do all of this for me. I have left deals and thought that agent was over-paid. Carolyn is worth every penny! Will only use her from now on.

Our experience with April was really excellent. We had to travel to numerous long distant areas. What I liked about our experience was no matter how far away it was, April showed up with a smile. She had alot of knowledge of the different communities around the Tampa Bay area. Every time I called April she picked up and answered my questions. I was always comfortable with the overall experience. I would recommend April and call her for any future real estate transactions.

Jessica was very patient with my mom. She made sure mom understood everything that she was doing, was very helpful answering all of our questions and was very knowledgeable about the market and how the sale went. She went over everything with us and explained the whys and the what’s involved with selling. Jessica was very kind and compassionate, she made sure we knew about every showing, how the inspection process would go and covered every detail on our contract. She went over all the comments on each showing and told us how we could improve for the next one. She worked with us every step of the way. I would recommend Jessica to anyone contemplating choosing her to sell their home. You won’t be disappointed and she will work hard for you. She goes above and beyond!

Stacey sold our house of 28 years 3 years ago so of course I called her to find us a house since our rental was being sold from under us.
