My husband and I were novices in the real estate world and Marilyn was always available to answer our questions and walk us through things. She is professional, confident and kind. I frequently would text her and received a response almost immediately. We bought our new home with Marilyn and she also sold our townhome within days of putting it on the market. She’s been doing this for a long time and I’m so thankful to have crossed paths with her. It’s important to have someone who’s going to help your buying or selling process be less stressful, Marilyn is that person. Words are not enough to express our heartfelt gratitude for Marilyn Burke!

Very friendly and helpful with trying to find our perfect house even with some travel involved! Also great with selling our house sold for the price we wanted I'm a quick amount of time. Always there if we had any questions! Very smooth process!
