I was a first time home buyer with lots of questions and not a lot of knowledge. Tara had a first time home buyer seminar with a Mortage advisor, I learned how to start, and 7 months later I was putting a down payment on a house. Tara was there the whole time, always available, and happy to advise. Through inspections, offers, repair requests and all those little things that come up when home buying. Tara and her whole team were wonderful and professional. They gave me the knowledge to answer all the questions other people trying to advise me asked. I was told it sounded like I did my homework, really I just had Tara, Chad and Dirk making sure I understood the whole process and was comfortable with what was happening. Now I am a happy homeowner!!

I hired Alexa after being dissatisfied with another agent from another brokerage. Alexa was super responsive, kept me informed every step of the way. She also helped us understand what we needed to do repair/cosmetically to achieve our goal price & time. She was also an expert at exploring our options (sell VS. rent) with the our goals in mind. Alexa also came in and took inviting new pictures and added a few staging touches to make it look that more inviting. Best of all we were happy with the price we sold it for and AMAZED at how quickly she negotiated a deal for us. First showing listed with Alexa and we had a contract. Maybe 20 showings with the previous agent and no bites or follow-up. THANK YOU ALEXA! I would recommend her in a heartbeat.

If you are looking for a real estate agent who will truly stand behind you and represent your best interests from beginning to end, I can strongly recommend Neringa Koller. Neringa represented us through both the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home, and both transactions had their share of complications. What impressed me most was that she never treated her role as simply filling out paperwork, scheduling showings, or passing messages between people. She took ownership of the process and stayed involved whenever something needed attention. She was available day and night, followed up relentlessly when necessary, asked the difficult questions, pushed for answers, and made sure our interests were protected. When problems came up, she did not disappear or tell us to deal with someone else. She stayed right there with us and worked through them. Buying or selling a home can become a real estate jungle very quickly, and that is exactly when you find out what kind of agent you actually have. Neringa is the kind of agent you want beside you when things become difficult. She is fearless, persistent, knowledgeable, and completely committed to her client. There were times during our transactions when I genuinely felt that having Neringa representing us made the difference between simply hoping everything would work out and actually feeling that someone was fighting for us. If necessary, she will move mountains for her client. That level of representation gave me a tremendous sense of confidence and security throughout the process. Whether you are buying or selling, if you want an agent who will actively represent you rather than simply process the transaction, Neringa Koller is the person I would want on my side.
