Lynda went above and beyond with helping me list, show and sell my home. On a few occasions she prepared the house for a showing when I simply could not be available. She also contacted all showing realtors for feedback when appropriate. She advised me thoroughly on both offers along with items which presented themselves on the home inspection. Todd came highly recommended. He understood the areas I was looking, and has a great eye for detail when looking at houses, identifying potential issues and having suggestions on improving what we're seeing. We had some issues with our seller, but Todd and his team put their shoulder to the wheel to make all the pieces fit together and we are now happily moved in.
