Lynda went above and beyond with helping me list, show and sell my home. On a few occasions she prepared the house for a showing when I simply could not be available. She also contacted all showing realtors for feedback when appropriate. She advised me thoroughly on both offers along with items which presented themselves on the home inspection. Couldn't have been happier. We had a fairly difficult sell due to the fact that we were selling a house that was a part of my dads estate and going through probate at the same time. Then buying a house that was just a normal sale in a specific area which would've drove any realtor crazy. She helped us 100% of the time and in my opinion did an awesome job.
