Gretchen is the absolute BEST. I called in the am we were out looking at houses that night. She was so helpful with looking at details and pointing out issues that we found in some places and was never pushy or aggravated with all the craziness we dealt with while looking for houses. She is honestly the best!!!!!!

Mr. Pedro Malca was very attentive, helpful and very willing to help me, he gave me the answers to all my questions about how to buy a house for the first time, I am very grateful and I would be willing to buy another house with him again.

Jane was very helpful. She gave good advice on everything from listing price to negotiations with the buyer/buyer’s realtor, lawyers, and went out of her way to help when we were out of town.
