Ross took charge from day one and put together a plan for us on what was needed to sell our Lakehouse in a short time. Three days after we put our Lakehouse up for sale, he had 35 showings and 3 major bids. We secured the best bid for the purchase and 5 weeks later we had completed all paperwork and had a check in our hand for the property. Thanks to Ross’s professional demure and hard work we had sold the Lakehouse in record time.
