As this was my first house hunt I knew next to nothing and Jennifer was a fantastic resource who is very knowledgeable about the housing market and all the different aspects of the home buying process. She found and toured multiple houses with me until I found one that I knew was perfect for what I was looking for. Once I was ready to put an offer in she was very helpful in walking me through all the steps I needed to complete and very clearly explained what all the different parts of the contract meant. I would say Jennifer is the reason that I have my house now. Without her help I don’t think I would have rose to the top of the numerous offers on my house. Being that it is a difficult housing market where houses often have multiple offers, her negotiation experience was very valuable.
