We have been working with Tim for a few years now. My family has 2 units in the South Loop and both units have been rented for over a decade now. In no time, Tim would always find amazing tenants. So lucky! We finely decided to sell both units. We were worried about spending too much on renovations, but Tim managed to keep that from happening. Tim immediately took action! Had amazing photos taken, fixed minor issues and always kept me up to date with what he thought was best. Being out of state, I felt a bit lost on what to do or not to do. Tim was always straight forward with us. He never left any questions unanswered and was constantly keeping me up to date. The sale was quick and sold as is! Tenants moved out mid June and the unit was sold yesterday! Tim knows what he is doing, is good at it and is a solid person to have on your team! Now to sell the 2nd unit. Thank you so much Tim!

Kelly is wonderful! She is prompt to respond to all our questions and concerns and was very involved throughout the process. She provided us advice but would always allow us to make decisions without being pushy.
