very good experience

I highly reecommend Craig Sebert. I have used 4 realtors before and they were average and mostly below average. Craig is above average. He enjoys his job, so he does it well. Craig is very professional in dress as well as in demeanor. I loved that he was so responsive to my emails and texts. He worked with me and kept me included throughout the process, even after the quick sale of our home. He was caring and concerned and incredibly helpful from the negotiation, inspection point work to be done to getting us out of the house. It was a wonderful experience working with Craig. I would use Craig over and over again and refer him to my good friends.

Paulina made our process of selling our home very smooth. She was with us when we were selling which was very nice. The amount of knowledge that she has is mind blowing! She always found time to speak to us when we had any questions. This home that we sold with Paulina was actually the one she found for us :) and again the process of buying the home was great. When we will be looking for another home I do not see myself calling anyone else but Paulina :)

Jane was very helpful. She gave good advice on everything from listing price to negotiations with the buyer/buyer’s realtor, lawyers, and went out of her way to help when we were out of town.

Georgia did an amazing job bringing a challenging offer through to closing. Excellent pics, video and marketing. Highly recommend!!!

Patrick is everything a homeowner/seller would want and appreciate in n a realtor. Since we now live out of state, he always kept us up to date. I feel he went beyond what I expected.
